Managing Director – Mr. Dennis Yong

With over 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience, Mr. Dennis Yong leads the firm with in-depth knowledge in corporate restructuring, real estate investment, and cross-border strategic advisory. He is the former Founder and CEO of a real estate development firm successfully listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2013. He has also served as a Board Director on three listed companies across Singapore and Australia.

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma in Building from Singapore Polytechnic.

Business Strategist – Miss Tan Yang Po

Yang Po is the founder and Chairman of a public listed company. In just 4 years of its set up, Yang Po listed the group of companies in the holding company. She was featured in major newspaper, TV, radio station and online interviews in Asia Pacific. Some of the renowned media includes: Bloomberg, CNBC, Channel NewsAsia.

She has advised, transacted and managed, more than US$700 mil worth of asset. These include properties all over the world; for example, 24 buildings in Germany, 2 buildings in London, 2 developments in Malaysia and many more. Her own group of companies have also won many entrepreneur awards. Yang Po was also a judge for South East Asia Property Award for 2015.

Business Strategist – Mr. Benjamin Song

Armed with an engineering degree from NTU, Benjamin thrived as a structural engineer, rising to Senior Engineer within a year. Benjamin has more than 24 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and managing businesses. He founded companies that were interviewed by CNA, The Edge Magazine, Straits Times and Business Times. He was involved in high level negotiation, liaising and expansion of business in the region including Cambodia, China, Malaysia, Taiwan China, United States of America, Thailand, Philippines.

Benjamin’s ventures spanned continents: Forex academies, fund management, insured investment products, and multi-million-dollar agricultural projects. He structured RTOs and IPOs, blending financial acumen with a passion for mentorship.
